2TenthsRaceFit is a specific performance program designed to help you reach your fitness goals through personalised workout plans with motorcycle racing as the primary focu. 


We use a functional style movement patterns and incorporate progressive programming. Varied intensity conditioning whilst keeping sports performance at the forefront.


 Our main nutritional focus at 2TRF is Pre race and Post race fuelling. However, we can offer nutritional support and planning for fat lass and muscle gain.
